Intelligence Layer Portal

Your team has data.
Nobody can find it when it matters.

Five logins. Three versions of the same number. A report that took three days to build and got ignored in the meeting. The data isn’t the problem. The experience is. We built the layer that fixes it.

The problem we solve

Your data is everywhere.
Your team is lost in it.

Leaders have data. They have dashboards. They even have AI. But when a decision needs to be made, people are still bouncing between five logins, arguing about which number is right, and waiting on the one person who knows where the report lives.

  • Five or more tool logins to get a complete picture
  • Executives see everything — or nothing actually relevant to them
  • AI tools sitting unused because nobody trusts the context
  • No single place to go when a decision actually needs to be made

The experience

Same login. Completely different view.

The portal knows who you are. Your navigation, your data, your AI insights — personalized the moment you log in. A CFO and a territory rep see completely different things from the same system. Click a role to see exactly what they see.

How it works

Built by Rower. Powered by your existing stack.

We don’t replace what you have. We build the intelligence layer above it — connecting your tools, eliminating the fragmentation, and wrapping it in an experience that makes sense for each role.

Step 01

Connect your tools

We integrate Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Palantir, custom AI, web apps, and more — without disrupting your existing stack or live systems.

Step 02

Map to your personas

We define what each role actually needs to decide. Navigation, content, and AI are dynamically personalized at login — no configuration required from users, no training on a new system.

Step 03

Live fast. Adopted or we stay.

We move quickly from design to deployment. We stay until adoption is real — training, support, and evolution are part of the engagement, not a separate contract.

Without the portal Before

Five or more separate logins and browser tabs
Executives drowning in raw dashboards built for analysts
AI capabilities that sit unused because nobody trusts the context
“Which number is right?” is a standing agenda item
One person knows where everything lives — and they’re a bottleneck

With the portal After

One login. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.
Each persona sees only what matters to the decisions they make
AI lives inside the workflow — contextual, trusted, and actually used
One source of truth. Consistent data across every view and every role.
Institutional knowledge embedded in the system, not locked in one person’s head
The stack

Everything you already use. Finally together.

The portal isn’t a replacement. It’s the experience layer that makes what you already own work for everyone who needs to use it.

Tableau

Interactive dashboards embedded directly in the portal experience.

Power BI

Microsoft BI reports surfaced alongside every other tool in one login.

Looker

Governed metrics made accessible to exactly the right people.

ThoughtSpot

Search-driven analytics embedded in the flow of work, not a separate tool.

Custom AI & LLMs

Fine-tuned, enterprise-grade AI built around your governed data and personas.

Palantir

Operational intelligence integrated into the unified portal experience.

Web Apps

Internal tools and workflow automation inside the same shell — one experience.

+50

More integrations available. If you use it, we can connect it.

What you get

Outcomes. Not features.

What actually changes when your organization has one intelligence layer instead of a collection of tools nobody fully uses.

Faster decisions

The right data in front of the right person the moment they need it — not three tabs later.

Higher adoption

When the experience is built around how you work, you use it. Analytics stop being optional.

One source of truth

Every tool points at the same governed data. “Which number is right?” stops being a meeting agenda item.

Trusted AI

AI that lives inside your workflow, built on your data, and earns trust through context — not hype.

New tools plug in instantly

Add a capability and users see a new nav item. Not a new system to learn, a new login to manage.

Fast to value

We move quickly from assessment to deployment. No six-month roadmaps. No scope creep. Fixed fee, fixed scope.

Teams actually aligned

When every view shares the same data, strategy conversations replace number debates.

Tailored, not templated

Every portal is custom — your brand, your workflows, your data, your personas. Nothing generic.

Common questions

What people ask before they see it

How is this different from just giving everyone a Tableau or Power BI login?

Access and experience are completely different things. Giving everyone a Tableau login means they see everything — and understand none of it in the context of their role. The portal wraps your BI tools in a curated, persona-based experience. A CFO sees four strategic KPIs and a revenue view. A territory rep sees their accounts and AI-generated next best actions. Same underlying data, completely different experience — built around the decisions each person actually makes.

Do you replace our existing BI tools?

No. We connect them. The portal is the experience layer that sits above your existing tools. It doesn’t replace Tableau, Power BI, or anything else you’ve invested in. We embed them inside a unified shell so users never need to know or care which tool is powering what they’re looking at. Your investment in those tools gets amplified, not replaced.

How does the persona-based navigation actually work?

When a user logs in, the portal identifies who they are — by role, region, team, or any attribute you define. Their navigation, the content they see, the AI available to them, and the data they can access are all dynamically rendered based on that identity. A VP in the Northeast sees different intelligence than a VP in the South — automatically, with no configuration from the user.

How is the AI kept secure and trustworthy?

We use enterprise-grade LLMs connected only to your governed data. Every AI response is auditable — users can see exactly what data informed the answer. Role-based access control ensures AI can only surface data the user is already authorized to see. Trust is earned through transparency and context, not through asking users to trust a black box.

What does implementation actually look like?

We start with a short discovery phase to understand your tools, your personas, and where decisions are breaking down. Then we design and build — typically four to eight weeks for a full deployment, as fast as two weeks for focused engagements. We handle training, we stay through adoption, and we keep evolving the portal as your organization’s needs change.

Can the portal scale as we add new tools or teams?

Yes — this is one of the core advantages. When you add a new tool or AI capability, we add it to the portal. Existing users get a new navigation item. New personas can be added at any time. The portal is designed to grow with your organization without disruption to what’s already running.

Not sure where to start?
That’s exactly where we begin.

A two-week audit of your entire analytics environment. A prioritized, costed path forward. Yours to keep regardless of what comes next.
