Manual operator reports, rebuilt to run themselves
A national franchise operator was rebuilding operator reports by hand out of Punchh dashboards every cycle. We automated the whole run in Alteryx — every location, branded, on schedule.
Rower gets brought in when leaders have the tools and the data, but something that matters is still unclear. Here's what changed once it wasn't.
A national franchise operator was rebuilding operator reports by hand out of Punchh dashboards every cycle. We automated the whole run in Alteryx — every location, branded, on schedule.
Prescriber, sales, forecast, market-access, and wholesaler data lived in different systems. We built PharmaIQ on Snowflake and Tableau — role-based views, row-level security, AI-surfaced insights — so reps and commercial leaders open the same numbers.
We built an HCP targeting pipeline in Dataiku — join, rank, score, QC across CRM, sales, and hospital data — so targets are defensible and reps spend time on the prescribers who move the market.
A global CNS biopharma was slowed by fragmented research data. We stood up an AI-driven platform across preclinical and clinical data, with real-time pattern recognition in biomarkers. Discovery moved faster.
A large insurer ran multi-year financial planning by hand. We automated it in Alteryx, so the plan rebuilds itself instead of the team rebuilding it every cycle.
A pediatric-focused pharma had no central home for analytics and too many manual steps. We built a web app on Curator by InterWorks, pulling Snowflake, Postgres, IQVIA, Symphony, manufacturing, and regulatory data together with dbt.
Forecasting was inconsistent and hard to trust. We built advanced models on integrated market data. Forecasts got more accurate, and resource allocation got easier to defend.
We rebuilt customer segmentation and sales targeting so the commercial team could see where growth actually was, and aim at it, instead of spreading effort evenly.
“Rower turns strategy into execution. They built menu-level pricing dashboards that drove our pricing decisions at the site level. It felt like commercial-grade software, not a reporting tool. If you need analytics that change how decisions get made, Rower delivers.”
“Rower did not just build dashboards. They designed a commercial intelligence platform that connected sales, marketing, and operations into one coherent experience — a framework our teams could execute against, not just report from. A fundamentally different kind of partner.”
“Before Rower, our commercial, marketing, and sales teams each worked from their own version of the data. Rower connected all three into one trusted version. We stopped debating the data and started making decisions with it.”
“The gap between data science and commercial execution isn't a technology problem — it's a thinking problem. Nasheed and his team bring the clarity that helps leaders ask better questions and build systems that support how decisions actually get made.”
“Rower embedded analytics directly into our Six Sigma workflow, turning complex data into insights we could act on immediately. They made complexity simple and results measurable. I'd bring them in again without hesitation.”
“A fantastic partner for our Data & Analytics team. Their results speak to the quality of their work — they take the time to understand the situational context and consistently hit the mark.”
